Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Support Specialist to join our team in Lincoln. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Commercial Team, ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify costs on our systems and maintain accurate records
- Upload paperwork and prepare commercial files, including compiling reports from the commercial team and databases
- Carry out document management and filing for the commercial team, including systematic archiving
- Assist the Commercial Team with pricing, budget, and contract changes
- Scrutinize subcontractor invoicing for processing
- Maintain trackers and ensure data is up-to-date
Requirements
- Prior office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well without supervision
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel programs
- Strong record-keeping skills and self-motivation
