About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the management and operations team by maintaining accurate records, helping to improve our performance, and providing high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Support the management and operations team
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Raise and change prescriptions as instructed by prescribers
  • Generate prescription batch runs
  • Log prescribing information on client prescribing records
  • Post prescriptions to pharmacies
  • Complete clinic letters
  • Data input of new client information into client database
  • Monthly data uploads
  • Generating and processing invoices
  • Health & safety checks
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Ordering supplies and petty cash

Requirements

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to prioritize a changing workload
  • Customer-focused with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Superb organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Impressive administration skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets
