Our Project Management Office (PMO) and Planning team ensures efficient project delivery through structured planning, governance, and performance monitoring. We drive efficiency through detailed scheduling, risk management, and process optimisation. Included in this is our organisational development function, where we provide specialist services to mobilise, build, and sustain high-performance projects or clients.

In our 'Consult' engine, you'll join a global team where we work closely with clients to understand their challenges and offer fresh ideas grounded in innovation and sustainability. We provide advisory and project delivery services, guiding clients through every phase of their projects, from initial strategy and planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do

In Organisational Development (OD), you will support the delivery of OD 'Knowledge Transfer' services for allocated projects and programmes. You will provide support with administration, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives.

  • Supporting with the coordination and scheduling of learning on projects and programmes, such as enrolments and scheduling courses, using Learning Management Systems or other platforms.
  • Developing, building, and maintaining trusting, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally and/or on the client side.
  • Assisting with the assessment of performance and effectiveness gaps, working with projects/programmes to implement learning initiatives.
  • Assisting with aligning the programme of works to all relevant contractual and legal requirements related to project/programme delivery, and to the project mission, vision, and values.
  • Where relevant, supporting the development, delivery, and adaptation of bespoke learning content that creates opportunities for personal, team, and project growth.
  • Supporting with identification and measurement of the value added from project/programme consultations and initiatives that were developed and delivered.
  • Supporting with the production of reports on learning analysis, attendance, learning requirements, and the value added.What We Can Offer You

    About You
    • A future or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher in Organisational Psychology, Business Management, Education Studies, or a related field.
