About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with service leaders to design, implement, and evaluate interventions focused on behaviour change and leadership development. You will play a key role in supporting our organisation's transformation by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to service leaders on organisational development strategies and interventions.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programmes and workshops on a range of topics, including leadership, communication, teamwork, and change management.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate group discussions and workshops to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as an OD consultant working with healthcare organisations.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
