Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development Partner to join our team at Michael Page Human Resources. As an Organisational Development Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the Director of OD to establish and embed the OD function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Director of OD to establish and embed the OD function.
  2. Support the organisation through a transformation, including culture, capability and performance.
  3. Partner with the wider business on organisational design, career development, performance development, EVP and workforce planning to improve overall capability.
  4. Lead end to end design and implementation of different initiatives, programmes and frameworks.
  5. Re-build the performance management framework.
  6. Lead projects on leadership development, performance management, learning, talent, recognition, engagement, culture, and talent development.
  7. Review talent development: designing and implementing initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience leading OD strategy and initiatives.
  2. Strong understanding of OD methodologies and previous project management experience.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £60-65,000 per annum and 1-2 days a month in London - Hybrid Working. Immediate start available.
