About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Effectiveness Consultant to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving cultural change and improving the overall effectiveness of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and develop strategies to improve organisational health, covering organisation design, governance, and ways of working, talent, leadership, and culture.
  • Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and colleagues to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate training and development for HRBPs, leaders, and colleagues on topics such as organisation design and strategic workforce planning.
  • Advise key stakeholders on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.
  • Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
Requirements
  • Business Qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Data Analytics, with experience in HR analytics, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in managing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Proficiency in presenting complex data clearly using standard tools.
  • Ability to convert complex data insights into clear, strategic narratives.
