As a Youth Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing the complex needs of children and adolescents. With a focus on early intervention and prevention, you will develop and implement strategies to promote resilience and empowerment among youth. Your expertise in therapeutic modalities and case management will enable you to create personalized plans that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.

To excel in this position, you will require a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology. At least one year of experience working with youth and families is also necessary, along with a valid driver's license and good driving record. Additionally, licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure is required.

This role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and build trust with clients and their families. Your commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity will be essential in fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all.
