About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Jacobs Douwe Egberts. As a key member of our Revenue Growth Management team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across our key business segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Commercial Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability across our key business segments.
  • Lead Revenue Growth Initiatives: Lead and manage revenue growth initiatives, including pricing strategy, promotion optimization, and trade investment terms, to deliver against business objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Finance Leadership Teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication of commercial strategies.
  • Provide Business Insights and Analysis: Provide business insights and analysis to inform commercial strategies and drive business decisions.
  • Develop and Coach Team Members: Develop and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to execute commercial strategies effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (fmcg) business, with a strong background in revenue growth management, customer management, brand management, category/insight, and commercial finance functions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop insights that inform commercial strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
