Revenue Growth Manager

Join Remy Cointreau's Revenue Growth team as a key player in driving commercial excellence and revenue growth across the UK business. As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive profitable revenue and margin growth across key pillars of Revenue Growth Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to shape and develop Revenue Growth strategies.
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities to drive growth beyond core business targets, supporting the company's 5-year Value Creation Plan.
  • Design and implement optimal Price Tiers, Pack Price Architecture, Promotion optimization, Assortment/Mix, and Trade Terms strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the promotion optimization process and design annual promotion guidelines to deliver against both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with local and global marketing teams on New Product Development (NPD) pipeline to ensure consistent delivery against targets.
  • Support and develop other Revenue Growth team members and wider business on Revenue Growth principles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of FMCG commercial experience across at least 2 disciplines, including Revenue Growth Management, Customer Management, Brand Management, Category/Insight, and Commercial Finance functions.
  • Experience managing complex projects and transformational change initiatives.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing brand and NPD growth strategies in retail.
  • Demonstrable associate leadership and coaching experience through line management and/or project leadership.
  • Good IT skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
