Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Harrisons Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Assist in the management of employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR administration.
  • Relevant qualification or studying towards an HR qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
