Salary


The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary, with opportunities to earn additional income through commission-based sales targets. With an estimated total annual compensation of £28,000 to £40,000, this role offers a substantial financial package.



Job Description


The Sales Advisor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at Bellway's Durham Division. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this individual will oversee all aspects of site sales operations, ensuring outstanding service throughout the customer journey.




  • Maintain high standards of presentation at the site sales complex.
  • Easily access relevant information to provide accurate details to customers.
  • Guide potential buyers around show homes, stock plots, and the site to showcase products effectively.
  • Educate visitors and potential customers on Bellway's Health and Safety Policy, accompanied by a representative at all times.
  • Use Bellway's CRM system to record accurate data.
  • Liaise regularly with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors.
  • Arrange home demonstrations with the Site Manager and execute Bellway's handover policy.
  • Assist with post-completion customer care and defect resolution.
  • Attend and minute weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager.
  • Collaborate proactively with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas for increased sales.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • Experience working in a face-to-face sales environment.
  • Prior experience as a Sales Advisor in residential house building is advantageous.
  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Effective negotiation and sales skills.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT literacy and adaptability to new systems.
