Waste Management Sales Expert

We are Litt Recruitment, a dynamic utilities consultancy based in Durham. We represent our clients in offering opportunities to join their teams as Sales Consultants within the water and waste sales channel.
As part of this fast-growing sector, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business and cross-selling services to an existing customer base. Your expertise will help businesses optimise their water and waste management solutions, creating impactful and long-term value for clients.
Sales targets can be exceeded with a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus bonuses, exceeding £75,000 OTE. Comprehensive benefits include enhanced maternity and paternity schemes, BUPA healthcare, 32 days of leave inclusive of bank holidays, and fixed hours from Monday to Friday.
Your mission is to drive results in a high-energy team environment by generating leads, prospecting clients, and closing deals through effective communication and influence. You will stay updated on industry trends and work collaboratively to meet and exceed sales targets. Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system is crucial.
