The Durham Division of Bellway is seeking a Sales Advisor to join the Sales team. As a Sales Advisor, you'll report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site sales complex, ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the general presentation of the site and sales complex to a high standard.
  • Ensuring all relevant information is available and maintained at all times to provide full and accurate information to purchasers.
  • Guiding potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots, and site to demonstrate the product.
  • Awareness of Bellway's Health and Safety Policy and accompanying visitors and potential purchasers.
  • Maintaining accurate records using Bellway's in-house CRM system.
  • Liaising with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers on a regular basis.
  • Arranging customer home demonstrations with the Site Manager and carrying out the Company's handover policy.
  • Assisting purchasers with defects or customer care issues following legal completion.
  • Attending and minuting weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager.
  • Proactively working with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas for increased sales.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in a face-to-face sales environment.
  • Desirable experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder.
  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Effective negotiation and sales skills.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT literacy and adaptability to new systems.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
