New Build Residential Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join our team on a large new build residential project in West London. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design packages and ensuring they meet the client's requirements.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential design and construction, with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and clients. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your Responsibilities
This is a head office based role with occasional site visits also required. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing design packages from start to finish
  • Ensuring all designs meet the client's requirements
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality designs
