Established regional contractors in West Cornwall are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead their projects. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company with a strong presence in the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeframe. Key responsibilities include pre-start planning, team management, and adhering to industry standards.

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess extensive experience as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor, knowledge of the New Build, Refurbishment, and Commercial sectors, and excellent team management skills. Additionally, SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications are required.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of £00 per hour. Once probation is complete, a salary package and company benefits will be introduced. The location is West Cornwall areas, and the company undertakes new build & refurbishment projects for both public and private sector buildings.
