A reputable regional contractor in Cornwall seeks a skilled SMSTS Site Manager to oversee various projects across Education, Leisure, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing site operations, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £51,200, based on an hourly rate of £25.00. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Precision planning and budgeting for development sites.
  • Effective project management to meet programme deadlines.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols.
  • Fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.


To succeed in this role, you will require extensive experience as a Site Manager, a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
