Salary Package: Once you have passed probation, a salary package and Company benefits will be introduced. The estimated annual salary for this position is around £51,200, based on an hourly rate of £25.00.

About the Job: As a Site Manager, your responsibilities will include precise and cost-effective pre-start planning of development sites, securing the construction of commercial projects within completed programmes and budgets, adhering to company safety, quality, and presentation standards, and maintaining good relationships to uphold the company's reputation.
