Belgium Sales Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Belgium. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

About the Role:
  • This role involves managing a defined area, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales processes to contribute to the growth of our metrology hardware and software solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in sales strategy development, sales process execution, and relationship building.
  • Frequent travel to customer sites and occasional monthly trips to Eindhoven are expected.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute successful sales strategies for the defined area, aligning with Hexagon's go-to-market strategy.
  2. Sales Process Execution: Drive the sales process from start to order placement, focusing on Metrology HW and SW sales, while promoting aftermarket offers and other products in Hexagon's portfolio.
  3. Sales Administration: Conduct sales forecasting, general sales administration, and activity management via the company CRM.
  4. Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships with colleagues in Benelux and EMEA North, and develop a network within the Hexagon family.
  5. Sales Activities: Engage in sales activities, including prospecting, calling, visiting customers, conducting demonstrations, preparing quotations, negotiating, and participating in commercial discussions and marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • A technical high school education and/or relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of at least one local language in Belgium (Dutch, French, German).
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Benelux region.
Compensation:
  • A competitive salary range of €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
