Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our Orthopaedic clinical administration unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality general administration services, including dealing with patient telephone queries, ordering and tracking patient notes, filing and scanning, and booking appointments.
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Contribute to the development of administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
