Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Assistant to join our Orthopaedic clinical administration unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff and patients, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality administrative support to our clinical team, including dealing with patient queries, ordering and tracking patient notes, and filing and scanning documents.
- Book appointments and manage schedules to ensure efficient use of our resources.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, patients, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
