Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Officer to join our Orthopaedic clinical administration unit. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-quality general administration services, ensuring the smooth operation of our unit. Your duties will include dealing with patient telephone queries, ordering and tracking patient notes, filing and scanning, booking of appointments, and other administrative tasks as necessary.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be part of a dynamic team that values adaptability, hard work, and excellent communication and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Orthopaedic clinical administration unit
* Deal with patient telephone queries and respond to their needs
* Order and track patient notes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
* File and scan documents, maintaining a secure and organized filing system
* Book appointments and manage schedules, ensuring efficient use of time
