Job Summary

Our team at Hospice in the Weald is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our people services. As an HR Volunteer, you will play a vital role in managing our volunteer recruitment and data, ensuring our records are up-to-date and accurate. You will assist with processing new applications, supporting volunteers on their journey, and helping to ensure our volunteers feel recognized and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage volunteer data, running reports and providing information as needed
  • Assist with staff and volunteer recruitment processes, using our online recruitment system
  • Upload data to our learning management system
  • Provide ad-hoc HR administration support as required

Working Arrangements

Hours to suit within office hours, ideally at least once a week on a Tuesday or Wednesday, but other days could be considered.
