Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Mental Health Support Specialist. The successful candidate will work alongside trained therapists, counsellors, and psychologists to provide support to children with social and emotional mental health needs and autism.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide consistent and ongoing support to children with behaviour and mental health issues
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualised support plans
- Assist with the delivery of therapeutic interventions and activities
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive learning environment
- Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Counselling, Criminology)
- Experience working with children with complex needs and mental health issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
