Student Wellbeing Support Specialist

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with students to provide essential emotional and social support. Building trusting relationships with students is key, helping them develop resilience and positive attitudes towards learning. You will also assist in identifying any personal issues that may impact their academic progress and work with the pastoral team to create supportive strategies.
We are looking for an individual with a strong commitment to student wellbeing and mental health support. Previous experience in a pastoral or support role, especially within education, is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to remain patient, empathetic, and understanding in challenging situations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students' overall wellbeing and helping them reach their full potential. As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting students with their personal and academic challenges. Your contributions will be invaluable to our dedicated team in Kingston.
