Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improvement in Workplace Services
- Lead a team of experienced professionals to design and deliver high-quality Workplace Services
- Collaborate with internal customers to understand their business needs and design solutions that meet those needs
- Ensure that all Workplace Services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage and develop the Workplace Services team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that Computacenter's Workplace Services remain competitive and innovative
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a leading IT Services provider
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a pre-sales design function and successful personnel management
- Experience of designing or delivering services in the Workplace tower
- Excellent awareness of the marketplace, industry, and stakeholders
- Identifies decision makers and leverages relationships to improve service and deal outcomes
- Excellent time management as well as independent, solution-oriented work
- Continuous Improvement and growth mindset
