Job Title: Head of Workplace
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Workplace Services team at Computacenter. As Head of Workplace, you will be responsible for designing and delivering industry-leading Workplace Services that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of Workplace Services, ensuring they are commercially viable and meet customer needs.
- Work closely with internal customers to understand their business needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure the Workplace Services team has the necessary skills to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure all Deal engagements for Workplace are resourced effectively and that the team is accountable for design quality.
- Drive the adoption of group ways of working, including quality frameworks and measures.
- Mentor team members to develop their leadership, methodology, and stakeholder management skills.
- Conduct design reviews, pre-submission reviews, and continual improvement reviews to ensure the quality of Workplace Services.
- Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships to ensure the success of Workplace Services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a leading IT Services provider.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales design function and successful personnel management.
- Experience of designing or delivering services in the Workplace tower.
- Excellent awareness of the marketplace, industry, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and build strong teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
