Job Title: Head of Workplace

Computacenter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Workplace Services team. As Head of Workplace, you will be responsible for designing and delivering industry-leading Workplace Services that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of Workplace Services, ensuring they are commercially viable and meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with internal customers to understand their business needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Ensure training is delivered to a high standard and continuously reviewed and improved.
  • Responsible for ensuring all Deal engagements for Workplace are resourced effectively.
  • Drive team accountability for design quality, including commercial, design, artefacts, and bid response content.
  • Input into Service Architecture ways of working and interfaces into other processes.
  • Drive adoption of group ways of working, including quality framework and measures.
  • Effective escalation management for any design-related issues/risks that will impact the deal negatively.
  • Mentor team members, including aspects of leadership, methodology, approach, stakeholder management, and people skills.
  • Conduct design reviews, pre-submission reviews, continual improvement reviews, and adoption reviews.
  • Embrace and support Computacenter's mission and winning together values.
  • Establish and maintain key stakeholder networks.
  • Ensure and monitor the quality of service and the satisfaction of internal and external customers (Customer Satisfaction).
  • Constantly strive to improve the quality of service provided to internal stakeholders and customer designs.
  • Manage customer, supplier, and third-party relationships to ensure benchmarks set by the company in terms of service quality, competitiveness, and KPIs.
  • Develop, agree, and implement strategic initiatives to ensure the efficiency of the area of responsibility in the medium and long term while optimizing service cost.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience within a leading IT Services provider.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a pre-sales design function and successful personnel management.
  • Experience of designing or delivering services in the Workplace tower.
  • Excellent awareness of the marketplace, industry, and stakeholders.
  • Identifies decision-makers and leverages relationships to improve service and deal outcomes.
  • Excellent time management as well as independent, solution-oriented work.
  • Continuous Improvement and growth mindset.
