About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, a deep understanding of the industrial recruitment market, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Ambitious sales professional with 5+ years of experience in industrial recruitment or staffing industry required. Strong results-oriented mindset and analytical skills essential. Estimated salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year.
