Sales and Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in a lively and friendly sales environment, supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate leads or new prospective customers through proactive research and outreach strategies.
- B build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and meet revenue goals, driving business success.
- Report sales activities, achievements, and forecasts to sales managers or supervisors, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Showcase ability to work well under pressure, independently, and as part of a dynamic team.
- A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 (OTE) and uncapped commission structure, reflecting individual performance.
- An attractive bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, and additional leave during office closure periods.
