As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for leading the team towards achieving sales targets, developing individual talents, and creating a positive work environment.
We're looking for a strong performer with excellent communication skills, who can drive results-driven strategies and foster a culture of excellence.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop business initiatives aligned with our brand vision, build CHANEL's portfolio of clients, and communicate retail and collateral stock needs to internal teams.
You'll also lead by example on the selling floor, creating personalized client experiences and building long-lasting relationships. Additionally, you'll facilitate the resolution of client service complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
With a solid understanding of the CHANEL brand and its heritage, you'll share your expertise with clients and the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on our business.
The estimated salary for this role is around $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
