About the Role

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for building strong relationships with clients. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling existing business and securing new clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of business development accounts to renew existing business and generate new sales.
  • Maintain effective communication with current clients to deliver exceptional customer service and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Teams to log activity and maintain up-to-date client information.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business platforms.
