We are seeking a Sales and Customer Growth Expert to join our team at Howdens Joinery Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to build strong relationships with new and existing trade customers, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Sales and Customer Growth Expert, you will be responsible for contacting trade customers daily via telephone and email, identifying upselling opportunities and providing administrative support to the depot. You will work closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the depot, including assisting with appointment arrangements and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
