Key Responsibilities:
- Direct leadership of our Front Office, along with the management of a 24-hour hospitality operation.
- Ensuring the upholding of exceptional standards for every guest when checking in and out and throughout their stay with us.
- Developing your team and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
What will you be doing?
As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all financial and booking transactions are completed correctly, in a timely manner and in line with our brand standards and company procedures. You will be a hands-on leader, expected to lead from the front and uphold the brand values.
