Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to join our team at Connect Plus Services. As a key member of our Highway Maintenance team, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing roadspace bookings for fault and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate roadspace bookings for fault and maintenance tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure accurate data capture and entry in Service Now.
  • Process material/stock orders and ensure PPE, equipment, and tools are available for issue.
  • Provide holiday and sick cover for the Service Coordinator and assist with maintaining Training records.
  • Perform general administration tasks and assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • IT literate with experience in database applications and MS Office.
  • Previous experience in supporting a Field-Based Team and managing booking systems.
  • Knowledge of the area network and highways maintenance activities.
  • Working knowledge of National Highways Service Now job management system and/or Connect Plus Services Network Occupancy Management (NOMS) system.
