Scheduling Coordinator

Egis Road Operation UK Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to join our Technology Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the M25's technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Road Space and Traffic Management Bookings: Schedule and manage road space bookings for fault and maintenance tasks to be carried out, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain Service Job Management System: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the NH Service Now system, capturing and processing material/stock orders in conjunction with the Supply Chain Procurement Team.
- Support Tunnels Team: Assist with routine maintenance scheduling and closures, providing holiday and sick cover for the Service Coordinator as needed.
- General Administration Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining training records and providing general support to the team.
- IT Literacy: Proficient in database applications and MS Office, with experience in supporting a field-based team.
- Booking System Management: Previous experience in managing booking systems would be advantageous.
- Highways Maintenance Knowledge: Working knowledge of highways maintenance activities, traffic management, and incident management.
- Technical Bias: A technical bias would be advantageous, with knowledge of the area network and National Highways' Service Now job management system.
