As a Scheduling Administrator at Egis Road Operation UK Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the M25's technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating road space and traffic management bookings for fault and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintaining the service job management system and ensuring all data is accurate.
  • Supporting the tunnels team with routine maintenance scheduling and closures.
  • Assisting with various operational tasks such as procurement, timesheet management, and equipment ordering.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • IT literacy and proficiency in database applications.
  • Competence in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Projects.
  • Previous experience in supporting a field-based team.
  • Knowledge of highways maintenance activities, traffic management, and incident management.
  • Working knowledge of National Highways' Service Now job management system and/or Connect Plus Services Network Occupancy Management (NOMS) system.
