We invite you to become a vital member of Egis Road Operation UK Ltd as a Scheduling Administrator. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the enhancement of essential road networks, ensuring efficient operations for countless daily travelers.

Key Duties:

  • Adhere to safety protocols consistently.
  • Organize road space allocations for maintenance activities.
  • Effectively coordinate road space utilization with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Meticulously record and input data into the designated management system.
  • Facilitate the ordering of materials and guarantee the availability of required tools.
  • Assist the Service Coordinator with various tasks as necessary.
  • Keep training documentation up to date and support administrative functions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess prior experience in supporting field operations.
  • Have knowledge of highway maintenance and traffic control measures.
  • Understand job management systems and network occupancy oversight.
