About the Role

Egis Road Operation UK Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to join our Technology Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the M25's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Road Space and Traffic Management Bookings: Schedule and manage road space bookings for fault and maintenance tasks to be carried out, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain Service Job Management System: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the NH Service Now system, capturing and processing material/stock orders in conjunction with the Supply Chain Procurement Team.
  • Support Tunnels Team: Assist with routine maintenance scheduling and closures, providing holiday and sick cover for the Service Coordinator as needed.
  • General Administration Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining training records and providing general support to the team.
Requirements
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in database applications and MS Office, with experience in managing booking systems and supporting field-based teams.
  • Knowledge of Highways Maintenance: Working knowledge of highways maintenance activities, traffic management, and incident management, as well as National Highways' Service Now job management system and/or Connect Plus Services Network Occupancy Management (NOMS) system.
  • Technical Bias: A technical bias would be advantageous, with a working knowledge of the area network and highways maintenance activities.
