Highway Scheduling Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to join our team at Connect Plus Services. As a Scheduling Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of roadspace bookings for fault and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate roadspace bookings for fault and maintenance tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure accurate data capture and entry in Service Now.
- Process material/stock orders in conjunction with the Supply Chain Procurement Team.
- Provide holiday and sick cover for the Service Coordinator.
- Assist with maintaining Training records.
- Perform general administration tasks and provide support as needed.
Requirements
- IT literate with experience in database applications and MS Office.
- Previous experience in supporting a Field-Based Team.
- Knowledge of the area network and highways maintenance activities.
- Working knowledge of National Highways Service Now job management system and/or Connect Plus Services Network Occupancy Management (NOMS) system.
