Highway Scheduling Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to join our team at Connect Plus Services. As a key member of our Tech Services team, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing roadspace bookings for fault and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate roadspace bookings for fault and maintenance tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of Service Now records.
- Process material/stock orders and ensure availability of PPE, equipment, and tools.
- Provide holiday and sick cover for the Service Coordinator.
- Assist with maintaining training records and perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- IT literacy and proficiency in database applications and MS Office.
- Previous experience in supporting a field-based team and managing booking systems.
- Knowledge of highways maintenance activities, traffic management, and incident management.
- Working knowledge of National Highways Service Now job management system and/or Connect Plus Services Network Occupancy Management (NOMS) system.
