We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Travel Counsellors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new franchisees to drive business growth across the UK.

As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our franchise network to develop and implement sales strategies, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum, plus an annual company bonus, flexible hybrid working model, and opportunities for career development and promotion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. They will also possess a Level 3 or 4 NVQ/SVQ in Sales or Marketing or equivalent vocational qualifications, and a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to recruit new franchisees
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing franchisees
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
  • Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline progress
