We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Franchise Sales Executive to join our team at Travel Counsellors in Manchester. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our travel franchise network across the UK.

Our team of over 400 talented individuals supports our Travel Counsellors in creating unique experiences for customers, building lasting personal relationships.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to support the team with identifying potential franchisees through networking, prospecting, and outbound calling. You will also be responsible for supporting the franchise sales process from initial inquiry through to franchise agreement using our CRM. Additionally, you will assist in generating new leads, including attending events and leveraging online platforms.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Level 3 or 4 NVQ/SVQ in Sales or Marketing or equivalent vocational qualifications. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
