The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

As a Franchise Sales Executive, you will support one of the strategic drivers of growth for Travel Counsellors.

Principal Accountabilities

This is a varied role, where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Franchise Recruitment: Support the team with identifying potential franchisees through networking, prospecting, and outbound calling.
  • Sales Process Management: Support the franchise sales process from initial inquiry through to franchise agreement using our CRM.
  • Lead Generation: Support the strategies to generate new leads, including attending events and leveraging online platforms.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide prospective franchisees with information about the business model, financial expectations, training, and support and offer a consultative approach to help them make informed decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing collaboration.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and franchisee performance to senior management. Use CRM tools to manage leads and activities efficiently.
