Travel Counsellors is expanding rapidly and we are seeking an exceptional Commercial Travel Contracts Manager to join our Head Office team. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

About the Role
  • This manager will be responsible for negotiating contracts with hotel providers, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Working closely with the commercial team, you will help drive sales growth and increase revenue for the company.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel contracting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

A salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience, is offered for this senior position. Benefits include flexible working hours, a comprehensive pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel contracting, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
