Role Overview

This pivotal role focuses on delivering top-tier services to RCSEd members and the medical community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for educational programmes and examinations
  • Take accountability for timely delivery of educational programmes and examinations

Requirements

We seek an experienced leader with a strong track record in managing complex delivery functions and engaging diverse stakeholders. Key attributes include the ability to inspire and lead teams, cultivate a high-performance culture, and promote an inclusive environment. A strong background in budget management is essential.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with two days per week spent in the office in Edinburgh.
