Experienced Regional Curriculum Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Regional Quality and Curriculum Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our quality and curriculum initiatives across our nurseries in Scotland and England.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality education programs that meet the needs of our children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our quality and curriculum initiatives
- Collaborate with our nursery teams to ensure best practices and quality standards are met
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs
- Develop and deliver training programs to support staff in delivering high-quality education
- Work closely with our operational teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 / SCQF 7 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
- At least 6 years' experience working in a day nursery setting
- At least 2 years' experience leading and supporting teams in a nursery setting
- Experience of Care Inspections and working with the Care Inspectorate
- Sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
