Job Description

**Company Overview**
Renfrewshire Council is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Years Graduate. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to the development of quality curriculum implementation and teaching experiences for children in Renfrewshire.

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated individual with early years provision experience to support us in:
* Developing and implementing high-quality curriculum approaches
* Maintaining and progressing planning, assessment, and recording practices
* Guiding staff on quality curriculum provision and leading by example

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Early years provision experience
* Strong skills in curriculum delivery, planning, and assessment
* Knowledge of early childhood development and the Curriculum for Excellence
* Effective leadership and communication skills
* A relevant qualification such as BA Childhood Practice or primary teaching qualification and HNC/SVQ3
* Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council or GTC
