We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Director to lead our nursery team in Edinburgh. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to our children, while ensuring a positive and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of early years professionals
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities and plans
  • Maintain strong partnerships with parents and other professionals
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety

The successful candidate will have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, previous experience working in an Early Years setting, and a sound understanding of the Scottish Curriculum. A strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements is also essential.
