Classroom Learning Assistant

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Dereham, Norfolk. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with classroom teachers and other educational support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences for students.
Salary: Estimated £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional assistance, working closely with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on children's lives.
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a C grade in GCSE Maths and English, a Child-only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one), and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. A driving licence would also be advantageous.
