Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are recruiting a highly skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in Dereham, Norfolk. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and contribute to their academic success.

Salary: Approximately £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, based on experience.

In this role, you will assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons, help plan and prepare learning activities, and provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance. You will also play a key part in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

To be considered for this position, you will need a minimum of a C grade in GCSE Maths and English, a Child-only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one), and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. A driving licence would be beneficial.
